+You tell someone they will get a disease from a food because of a certian chemical reaction (i.e. You get osteoperosis from caramel syrup. The sodium phosphate they use to keep it from caramelizing saps calcium from your bones.)

Apparently Jordan's a bigger geek than that thing says she is.

That was way too long and far too many didn't apply to me so I just browsed it.
